IIvi dead even after recap.

I recapped the IIvi and when I turn on the power nothing happens. I did test with knowing working PSU one from q700. Any ideas on what I need to check.

Was the board working before the recap? Have you checked for proper voltages at the floppy port?

No it was dead before the recap. i haven't checked the voltage. How much should it read?

C21 leaks into the Egret which will cause startup issues. A thorough cleaning of the Egret chip can help.

i removed the Egret chip and cleaned it no change.

Did you remove PRAM battery and let it sit for a few hours before reinstalling a fresh good battery?

Yup i did that. But not after Egret chip clean up.
