IIfx 7.1 - Shut Down keyboard switch?

Hey everyone,

Is there a way to give my IIfx under System 7.1 the ability to bring up the shut down dialog box by pressing the keyboard power key? I know it works under 7.5, but is there any way to add it to 7.1?
