Identifying a US or International 128K compact Mac analog board

I have a compact Mac with an analog board which I believe is a US model however the rear casing has 240V written on it. When I got the Mac the fuse had blown most likely because the wrong voltage was pushed through it. Replaced the fuse but I was wondering if there are any distinct differences between the US and international boards that I could use to work which variant it is.

It is an upgraded 128K but has a very early analog board believe as the paper covering is black/grey. When I check the serial number it comes back as unknown???

Okay so I plugged the board into a 110V step down transformer and it gurgled and popped. I thought okay the paper capacitors have blown which I should have replaced first anyway. However there was no smoke and no pungent smell. So I opened it up and nothing was wrong. The paper capacitors were fine and the rest were okay also (no bulging). The fuse that I replaced was also fine. I checked the smaller capacitors on the motherboard and they were all fine also. Is it possible that this machine could have had its transformer modified in some way to accept 240V?
