How to install MPEGDEC

I'm looking to install MPEGDEC. While I hate to be a noob about this, I see now "next next installer" and am rather lost. I am using 7.5.5 on a Duo 2300c. Can someone explain how to install this?

I installed this on my TAM, I don't remember having to do anything out of the ordinary. I think it was just a standard installation from memory.

I re-copied and extracted it and it works wonders. I guess the first decompress corrupted. Hooray, Now I can play mp3s on my 18 year old laptop
