How to adjust monitor in iMac G3?

Since exchanging the dead flyback in my iMac G3 with a working one, the screen dimensions are almost good, but not quite.
Is there a way I can adjust the dimensions? The vertical size needs to be decreased and the vertical position too. There are no adjustment pots on the board, of course.

Only adjustments available on the board are Focus and brightnes (flyback transformer), all other ones are done via MacOs software only.

I don't have OS X on my iMac G3 so I can't personally say for sure, but there should be some kind of "displays" section in System Preferences depending on what version of X you are using.

I think OS X dropped support for this - I believe there is no such feature within the Displays panel.
