Help me identify this SE/30 card

I'm just starting to venture from powerpc and managed to pick up an SE/30. Would someone be able to tell me what this card is that I pulled out of the PDS slot? And also, what exactly it might do?

Looks like 10Base2/AUI Ethernet - the AUI connector (15 pin D-sub with a sliding clip) is diagnostic.
