Flashed PC sil3112 card in Xserve G4

Hey, i have had a ma flashed sil3112 card sitting around for some time that my quicksilver refused to like, decided to give it a shot in my xserve G4 (orig tray loading model, runing osx server 10.5. 8) ) and have got further than before, the computer boots with the card in and the card is seen is system profiler but no hdd's connected to it are recognised

So dose anyone have any experince with these and have any idea why it isn't working? do i need a driver for the card?

found a simple soulotion - don't use really cheap chineese cards from ebay

Brought a 3512 on amazon for £5, flashed it in my quicksilver and put it in the xserve, works perfectley.
