Desktop Wallpaper in System 7

Anyone know a program to get a jpeg as a wallpaper in system 7? I'm using a color classic with 7.6.1. Actually using it to make this post. Feels strange

I used Décor. Not sure if it supports JPEG but if not, it wouldn't be a big job to convert into a compatible format.
