Connecting Macintosh Color Display to pc

I have a Cyrix 120+ PC with windows 95 and dos for games. Is there an adaptor to connect the Macintosh Color Display? I have a philips pc monitor but the quality is no good. I also connected the philips monitor with an adaptor on my performa 6116 and i can tell that i had forgotten that the quality of the macintosh color display is a lot better. You can see the old games on their whole glory. The graphics of the dos games seem no good with the philips monitor. Do i need sth like that? http://www.ebay.com/itm/Apple-Macintosh-DB15-Female-To-HD15-VGA-Male-Monitor-Adapter-590-0337-A-New-/301961989615?hash=item464e564def:g:gIkAAOSwrnNXP0Vx

The Macintosh Color Display probably will not work on a normal PC. It's a fixed-sync display at, if I remember correctly, 67Hz, which was uncommonon the PC side of things.

Is this a whole stand-alone PC, or one of Apple's PC compatibility cards?

It will work with Apple's PC compatibility cards and their cabling, probably only because Apple got to design those GPUs to respect the mode that the Mac was running in.
