Classic II Analog Board Capacitor Help (With buying and choosing)

Ive got to recap my Classic II analog board soon.

I am not really familiar with caps at all. Like the Y and X caps... Y is for filter I think? Ill need some help when it comes to ordering.

Anyways, heres the list of caps Ive got so far. Does anyone know if this is correct?

    220uf 16v

    470uf 25v

    470uf 10v

    470uf 50v

    1000uf 16v

x2 47uf 25v

    47uf 16v

    1000uf 25v

    10uf 25v

    220uf 50v

    4.7uf 250v

x2 220uf 250 v (VDC) (Plastic)

    2200uf 16v (Y top)

x2 2200uf 10v

    1000uf 16v

    1000uf 10v (Y top)

x4 1uf 50v

x2 470uf 25v

Maybe we can help each other out.  I have the same project ahead of me and I've done the logic board already.  Yes, I believe Y is for filter and these can be rounded up to the nearest capacitance and voltage.  The footprints need to be the same or very close, though.  Also, you can start with just the electrolytic capacitors.  I'm not sure if your list is only the electrolytic capacitors.

Where did you get the list you have there?  Did you just read the caps off the board?
