CC analog board DL21 & DL22 values?

Did you find out what the values are?  Also what do these diodes do?  Both of mine are fried and I have no sound on mine...

all CCs out there those diodes get hot and cook the PCB. its a known thing, bad design, by the time the LC520 came around they did away with it in a newer design. They serve as a poor mans regulator for one of the scan B+ voltages.

They're common components, that model isn't available but equivalents still are.

Has anyone tried using a larger package like a DO-201 or mounting it higher to help with heat dissipation?
I would like to try it, but I don't know really anything about diodes. I'm concerned about choosing a part with the wrong specs. I have another spot on my board that is slightly toasted where a smaller diode sits below some resistors. I would like to fix both of those.
