Brainstorm Accelerator Dealer Installation Manual

I've just acquired an unused Brainstorm Accelerator for the Macintosh Plus and would like to put it to use. There are plenty of photos documenting where things go, so I'm confident I'd be able to install it, but just in case (and out of curiosity), I thought I'd ask if anyone out there has previously picked up a Mac Plus Brainstorm and has the Dealer Installation Manual handy? I have a copy of the User Manual, but it just defers to the dealer instructions for specifics on physical installation.

Thanks in advance!

Here's what they look like by the way, from previous auctions, in case anyone recognizes it. It is a folded, multi-page printout (as opposed to the user manual, which came in a small 3-ring binder).

My main points of contention:

1.) Do I have to attach the daughter board to the original processor, or can I just remove the original and solder the new board and socket in its place?

2.) The blue "shields" are meant to go beneath the original ROMs, or on top of them?

Numerous previous photos indicate that the resistor from the daughter board is meant to attach to the ferrite bead closest to it, so that's no issue.

PS: I've scanned and uploaded the Brainstorm User's Guide for the Mac Plus to the Garden if anyone's interested:
