Have I got a story for you guys!
Back in August I noticed an original iMac out in front of my local computer store. For $25. Of course I would have bought it, but I was leaving the next day for a trip to D.C. Today, months later, I walked past the store and saw that it was still there! Now it's an hour later and it's in my possession!
The iMac is in very good condition, and came with the original keyboard, puck mouse, and power cord! Plus (best part) it actually works! The only problem is that it's OS gives me error type 41 on boot, so I'll have to reinstall it (Mac OS 8.6 - if anyone has the system restore software for this iMac I'd really appreciate it if you could help me out). I also managed to get it for $20 instead of $25 due to this problem.
Overall a great conquest!
