I think there is more than one version. The one I linked says AGP 2x / 4x in the box, and the one I own is from a G4 (genuine Mac card, bought as an upgrade).

Pretty sure the same was the case with the one I had, since it did work just fine in the G4 DA I owned previously. It had the normal four pin AMP Molex connector to plug into one of the extra hard drive power connectors coming off the power supply.
