Beautiful Mac 128K Photos

Here's another auction by danapplemacman with his usual collection of fantastic photos. An obviously fantastic example of an operational 128K for any collector, as usual lovingly restored by Dan. It was originally listed for $1,249.84, here relisted a third time for $949.84. I'm really interested to see how much this one ultimately sells for given the current state of the economy. It's interesting how he lists the model number for this one, only giving the first four digits, indicating year and week only. He shows the entire serial numbers on the mouse and keyboards, but not the Mac itself.

It's also interesting how he prices everything for the insane Apple collecting freak. Fortunately for me, most all of what he sells, I already possess. I live, more or less, relatively close to the city where he lives, so it would be quite practical for me to pay him a visit in person, which I might do one of these days.
