Ati PCI graphic cards Rage 128 and Ati R6 PM8500 G3 OS 9.1 drivers

Hi,

Im trying to install these cards with this driver http://gona.mactar.hu/ATI_Mac/#CK(MAC 1.1.1) but on R6 ive got only black screen after restart (DVI port) and for rage 128 i get messege no display ati card available... When i can find drivers for this cards under OS 9.1.

Now im running OS 9.2.2 but still have the same problem. Installing drivers for Ati 7000 PCI (yes its 3rd card), shut down. Put card into pci slot. Turn on, and still card is not reconized by software but it is in Apple System Profiler... 3 graphic cards and nothing...

Are they Mac cards? Are they retail cards? If they are 8x a pin may need to be taped. Might want to search if ADC card was used in your Powermac as taping s pin is part of that.

Are they Mac cards?

I agree, if those are PC cards, won't work until flashed to a Mac Rom, i have flashed a 8500 to Mac Rom successfully.

They are all Mac cards. Now ive installed OS 9.2.2 (9.1-9.2.1-9.2.2 with os9helper) then this http://macintoshgarden.org/apps/ati-graphics-drivers-march-2002-retail, turn off Mac, put R7000 into pci slot, restart and it is ok. After installation of sonnet drivers v 3.1 (g3) Mac freez when loading finder...
