Assorted cables and stuff

Yesterday I was seeing one of my regular customers, setting up a brand new Panasonic HDD/DVD recorder for them. Anyway, after I was done, they showed me this big box of cables and stuff and told me to take what I could use. So I nabbed:

- LG DK-15 mobile phone RS-232 data cable (goes to LG 18 pin connector)...sadly it doesn't fit my phone, as my phone has a 24 pin connector, which I'm going to hunt down and hax0r onto it

- Ricoh RS232 digital camera cable (I can still use this...I plan to chop the Ricoh connector off, put a DE-9 connector on the other end and use it as a null-modem cable)

- 2 single RCA to RCA leads

- AM loop antenna

- TV "Rabbit ears" antenna

- long TV antenna cable

- Mac MiniDIN-8 to male DE-9 adaptor (been after one of these for ages!)

- Male PS/2 to Female USB adaptor (I have a USB keyboard that came with one of these to connect it to a PS/2 port...I grabbed this one in case the one I already have breaks or is lost)

- 1/8" miniplug to 1/8" miniplug cable

- Sony 15 VDC power adaptor

Think thats about it...most of it will be kept on hand for some of my uber-1337 hax0rizing projects, still, not bad for free. Just now trying to hunt down a 24 pin LG data connector to do an EvilHack™ on that cable...

The MiniDIN-8 to male DE-9 cable is a good find! I had to make my own, thinking of finding a premade one to swap from my server to my PC quicky...

Sell the LG data cable at an exhorbitant price and buy a cheap serial cable to hack up.

But who would buy it? :p Its for some old phone that nobody probably uses anymore :p

Indeed, and tbh, with the recent events, even if I could use eBay, I don't even know if I'd want to.

Either way, I still stand by your signature in regards to this - We've got a pinout, and we're not afraid to use it! [}:)] ]'>
