Apple Laserwriter 12/600 PS

I have had my laserwriter 12/600 PS for a while now and recently I started to ask my self what to do with this beast. The worth is nothing, to make it work it needs service and new cartridges witch is costly if one can find it. But it does have a cool board so maybe that can be turned into a working computer?

Yes I understand it is a computer but not to witch extent. I dont know how to power it from outside the printer housing and how do I connect to it and so on?
