Apple IIc New to Me!

I purchased an Apple IIc off eBay today. It will be my first one. What should I do when it comes? Battery replacement? Recap?
Also, what are some upgrade that I could do to it? I have an SE/30 with all the things I could do to max it out (except the Bolle grayscale card). I’d like to do the same to this Apple IIc.

I’d go for a Rom4x and a FujiApple. I bought mine from @masteries here on 68kmla. A joystick is also nice to have. That’s pretty much it unless you’d feel the want for a mockingboard.
