I have my Apple IIc all set up and working. The colors in the color monitor look wildly out of convergence. I read the system manual and only see basic color dials. Is this a normal color alignment?
That looks like pretty normal Apple II color fringing. Emulators and the IIgs Mega II chip blow a lot of math on duplicating it. Run something that’s actually supposed to be in color for a better idea if everything is OK.

If you have access to the DOS 3.3 Sample Programs disk, you can either load up the Brick Out game, or the Color Test program, which should show all 16 colors.
