Not sure of those games per se, but I know one of the tricks for very old software is to not use an SE/30.
Some software needs a 68000 chip. Games seem to be the number one culprit here. I know this is a bit obscure in the scope of what we use on here, but an old education game, Dinosaur Discovery Kit, won't run on anything that isn't a 68000. (These things do seem to be chip-specific since they usually will run on a Classic despite being designed in the Plus era).
