A Stealth Macintosh Portable Case Mod

I just posted a new blog entry about creating a stealth Macintosh Portable case mod. I've had a M5120 for a for years and have been unsuccessful in getting it to work. So I removed all of the internals and created a new computer using a Raspberry Pi 5 as the base with MiniVMac (and QEMU). My goal was to create a usable machine that looked like the original (reusing the keyboard and track and a functioning floppy drive) but had some extra upgrades (like a color LCD and wireless networking). The case isn't damaged in any way so it's 100% reversible should the original be repairable in the future.

Hope you enjoy the read!

Amazing job!! That looks so good!
I'll definitely be following in your path if mine ever gives up like yours. Thanks for the great guide in your post

That’s really neat. The sort of project I’d plan out in meticulous detail and then abandon 1/3rd of the way through when I ran into a snag.
