I just scored 2x brand new Wacom Cintiq PL-300 LCD tablets. I think they're some of the first LCD tablets Wacom made. These are great because they're serial based and the software runs on System 7. :D 10" screen, 800x600 resolution.

This is going to be an awesome screen for my IIci. 8-)

Very nice, I remember seeing these in MacAddict back in the day. (and remember the typo they made with the price - $25.99 vs $2599) Wanted one ever since!

I was given a partial refund. However, after extensive testing, my OCD is driving me nuts. 1 has a single dead pixel, the other has 2 lazy pixels. Further details in the trade forum.

Sigh.

I can't wait to get to play with mine ;D Already found OSX drivers, I have a USB to serial adaptor and a mini DVI to VGA adaptor. Just need to see if I still have a VGA to MAC adaptor, I may have just given my last ones to Uniserver oops! And I need a mini display port to DVI adaptor so I can keep using my regular monitor |) might get a dual link DVI, than convince my boss to sell me the now decommissioned 30" display I had on my workstation cheap :approve:

might also need to pick up a mini VGA adaptor too, so the kiddo can use the tablet on his iBook.

It takes some time to get the mapping right with the shareware software, but it works! Testing it at work since it turns out I don't have a VGA cable like I thought, cable is a DVI and sneaky apple blocked off the VGA pins to prevent the use of a cheap DVI to VGA adaptor :p

and Extra thanks for the Mac to VGA adaptor :) Little guy is like new.

DO find I still have a hard time with a tablet, it is much easier with a screen built in. My son is going to love it once I have it hooked up at home... and I ordered a cable that'll work with his iBook too.
