13W3 card, prototype? 630-4179 BlackJack

This came in a computer that arrived today. Unlike the other cards like it that I can find, there is no FCC info screened on. This also has "BLACKJACK AP1099-04 © 1987 APPLE COMPUTER". Other in the wild don't seem to have this. There is no barcode installed, although those can fall off or be removed. And were there is normally a ROM there is instead an EPROM with label. Lastly there is a screened logo that says "TQC Test Labs".

So pretty sure its a proto version of some sort, probably the last stage before production maybe. And it did come out of a prototype Mac, probably should add that. But don't ask which Mac II series.

His differs from the production model. Looks like maybe a prototype to me. Where the FCC ID should be, his has the hardware codename.
