Ooh that’s a tough one to diagnose.
If I had to guess I’d say broken trace rather than bad onboard RAM, maybe you could tone out the traces between the memory controller and the RAM.
I worded my last message badly. Despite the Antec being 380W it only supplies 20A on the 5V rail.
The 500W model supplies 24A which is quite nice.

Open it up and try to find any evidence of burned components, or anything else that could be amiss.
PSUs have a primary side (mains voltages) and secondary side (5 and 12v etc) so it would be useful to work out which side is causing the problem.

Yes, I confirmed something is odd with the scroll back buffer in ZTerm 1.0.1. Initially it looks correct but then gets altered/corrupted as you type more commands later on.
