Are you measuring under load or with a loose unit? The PSU can only be measured reliably under load

I was more impressed that you managed to squeeze in 7.5 on a rom :), I’ve always used 7.1 with enabler since it takes up a lot less space.

lol, yeah, that't not gonna happen on a 900, it caps at 37Mhz due to limitations in the graphics circuits. But a 475 board might be another story ;)
