Unknown nubus video card

After many efforts I can’t solve what is this video card. On the card there is very few markins to let me know what is the maker of this card.
I'm not sure that the box where the card was in is really related to this card. On the back we can see a push button and a green led. So, I need help to identify this video card please. Thanks to all

Put it in a computer and use TattleTech to see what it reports its name as.

Oh, well spotted. And on the ROMs on both of those cards we can see the number 10-BRD0249A, which matches the model number sticker on the antistatic bag that @DrewMacCanuck posted. So I think we can say that at least that antistatic bag belongs to that card, and given the similarity in style and typeface, presumably the outer box too?

That is a weird one. As it only has a single 80mhz crystal on it, it seems likely it is a fixed frequency card to go with a specific monitor.

I bet the "20" in the box's "24 BIT 20" is the screen diagonal it was designed for.
