I am so stoked.

I finally found a boxed copy of Star Trek The Next Generation: A Final Unity!!! No pics yet as I don't physically have it yet. My buddy found his old copy amongst the detritus of moving out.

I have played nearly every Trek game EVER, but I have never been able to get my hands on this one. I had the option to download it, but never bothered. Its obviously not rare or anything, but I have been coveting it for many years. And now that I have my 8 gig CF card I can add its biological and technological distinctiveness to my own (collection of software).

I guess that's it really kinda not so huge a conquest considering how new the game is, but I am REALLY excited. I got my 7100 all spooled for a classic night of trek gaming after a swap meet at our local hackerspace.

THE VOICE ACTING IS AMAZING.

Yeah 25th Anniversary is so good, it was my first Mac game. I always coveted my friends DOS cd copy that had the real voice acting. This game (FU) is actually really awesome and in the same vein, I'm excited to keep playing it!

I try to keep her running smoothly. Its definitely a computer that -had I owned it back in the day- would have made me feel ubar leet.
