Support Tools Help Stack (Mac 911) in box of goodies

A while ago, I acquired a box of cables and accessories (I mainly wanted an M0100 beige mouse in it) but there was some other oddities in there. Along with a copy of the April 1997 Service Price Pages manual (really cool) and a binder with product pamphlets, there was this "Support Tools" Help Stack diskette. The person I got it from must have gotten the box from a tech because I don't think those "Service Price Pages" reference books were available to the public. I recently acquired a Mac Portable that had Hyper Stack installed so I dug out this floppy to see if it would work.

Written in the little book, it looks like a tool for Apple Support techs that can give you information about a specific problem and determine it's solution. I can help you recover from a hard disk failure. It can detect, avoid and remove viruses. It can help you understand error codes. And it can help you solve common printing problems.

Unfortunately, the floppy has a read error but it starts to come up as "Mac 911" in Hyperstack until it fails with a read error. I can't seem to fix this disk in either the Mac Portable, Mac Plus or Mac LC475 (here it tries to format the diskette).

Can anyone provide any information on this and have a copy? I'm just curious.
