Finally guys, here's the final design. I'm really happy with it!
Remember to clean and tap the holes with your desired screw size to decrease the chance of splitting. Holes are 3/32", which worked very well for my self tappers.
If I were to do this over again, I probably would have made the beams a bit wider. I think low quality printers might have issue with the small beam size in relation to the hole size-- it gets pretty thin. If you have problems, maybe fill the holes for printing and drill them after the fact with a press.
