RAM question

I got an iBook G4 1.07ghz, 768mb RAM, mac os x tiger, I'm wondering, if I max out the RAM to 1.25gb, will it make a huge difference it won't really be noticeable. I'm asking because I want to know if the extra $50-90 for a 1gb stick will be worth the money. Well thanks a bunch!

Tiger can be memory hungry at times so more memory is better. Whether you can afford to do the upgrade, only you can say. What sort of apps you run also makes a difference. I'm running it on a G4 533 with 896 megs and am having no problems with sluggishness but I don't run a lot of apps that really push the machine to it's limits.
