In another find in the ToteOfGoodness, I find the lowly 1400c. After a very thoughtful gift from my fiance in the form of a PCMCIA-to-CF adaptor and BOTH a 4GB and 8GB card, I installed OS 8.6 onto this machine. I must say the keyboard is a absolute dream to work with!
Currently the Sonnet Metronome says 399Mhz, and while it doesnt feel *THAT* fast (my TiBook 500 is much much faster), it doesn't feel that slow either.
