PowerBook 1400 Wireless Issues

Greetings everyone. I just reinstalled Mac OS 8.6 on my 1400 and I have an ORiNOCO WaveLan wireless card for it. Before I installed 8.6, the card worked perfectly (System 7.6). But I installed the drivers and now it doesn't work. I'm pretty sure that it's the drivers causing the problem, not the card, since I tested it in my Toshiba Satellite. Does anyone here know where to get the drivers for this card under 8.6 or what I should do with this? I have scoured the interwebz for the drivers but none that I have found work. Help would be greatly appreciated!

You will probably need to use a newer version of the Orinoco drivers with OS 8.6. Version 7.2 of the drivers is available here (at the bottom of the page): http://www.alksoft.com/personal/stuff.html

I tried those drivers already, but they don't seem to work. ???
