Hi,

I have a problem with a Power Macintosh 5500 / 275. Nothing shows on the screen. It does the start-up chime and it might actually be working, but the screen is probably dead. There is no hard drive and no battery.
Here is a video: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1IehrCvXrmGXTi7n_CE2Xsq88J26H_Om0/view?usp=sharing
The Macintosh does some weird noises. I changed a bad capacitor on the power supply, but it did not help much I think. The CD-ROM does not open when pressing the eject button.
And 2 photos of the CRT card. There is a hole from physical damage:

I am open to ideas.

I'm not entirely sure, but it looks like there was a trace going between the two pads where the break is now, try figuring out how to make the connection back

looks like someone replaced the flyback with a different type which does not need the connection which has been removed
