Somewhere I've got this documented, but these new pics will do, 10" CRT in my Visible Plus:
Problematic neck board protrusion. Easy to see here how its height interferes with chamfer angle extension of BackPaq camo.
Rear mounted adapter board needs CRT connector transferred to it with requisite lines extended to drop the rest of the assembly into lower left quadrant of BackPaq cubic. Haven't cleared this approach with a high voltage analog boffin, figure shielding will be required if it can be done at all.
Monitor's guts fit A/B blank on sidewall or I could lay that tall cap over on its side and mount FDD cage to front of chassis. Waiting for 3D printing of BackPaq to meet requirements: 3D modeling learning curve, time, size, color, finish and especially drop in cost. Backburnered until after retirement in a year or two.
SE/30 PSU can Seasonic or ?-ATX PSU required for logic board and peripherals. Thinking along the lines of Q630 offshoot for its Video Card screen at 640x480 and 800x600 for general use. Figuring monitor won't support 16" but don't know. It went straight from its box onto the bench without ever having been tested.
Supposedly does 1024x768 which would require one of my 6500 boards. That hack thread is/was somewhere too. Maybe I should put together a topic somewhere?

Haven't mentioned yet that I've come up with a method for flattening the curved backside of the CRT bezel. Building a simple router table setup and jig should do the trick. Access to a router table requires only the jig, steady hands required without jig. Access to a CNC Router or Milling machine not required. but would make it a much easier hack.
Bezel lays flat on its face on router setup and is back cut using a large diameter rabbeting or surfacing bit.
Will have to do some work in AI for clarity, but bottom circle might get the idea across. CNC approach illustrated in top circle.
Haven't been able to afford a flat panel, so haven't even tried to figure out dimensional aspects.
