Thats a pretty good deal, if I had a Lisa, I'd think very seriously about going for it.

He's also selling ones that are tested, so I think you can conclude that these ones don't work. Somehow it's become acceptable to sell non-working merchandise under the euphemism of "untested". Pretty common sorta practice in the used car yard that is eBay.

I still think some of the funniest ones are; when somebody sells a couple of machines. They say that this one is tested and working. But the other one cannot be tested as he doesn't have a power cord. Those just make me wonder... do they think we're stupid? Or are they just plain stupid themselves?

Not necessarily. I have gotten things that were listed as "untested" that were apparently just that, and were just fine. :beige: On the other hand, that would be a good way to unload some junk. :p Just as long as you gamble only what you can afford to on stuff labeled untested, for parts, etc., you can get some good bargains that way. Just don't count on anything! :D What I spent on gutted Powerbooks and Pismo guts, wasn't very much, and I got a live Pismo out of it! ;D ;D ;D
