Maybe? That seems plausible, although there may be a reason it can't. Supposedly it can be upgraded as far as 520mb (8mb + 256mb + 256mb) using ram sticks. I'd speculate you might have to increment the memory on the board by multiples of two the though given how the simms must be installed in matched pairs.
