Classic MoBo screws

Did the Classic originally contain screws securing the logic board to the metal chassis? I ask because mine is just sort of floating around in the metal slots. Thanks!

Neither the Classic I use to own or my Classic II I have had screws to hold the motherboard to the chassis. So I believe that's by design. (It's held in place by the back cover, have that screwed down properly and the mobo is secured. ;) )

The screws that go into the back screw into the frame and motherboard, so the previous post is quite correct.

The logic boards in all the compacts fit pretty well for not having screws. Keep in mind the huge cable going to the analog board also helps to keep it in place.
