Classic II is Alive!

I finally worked up the courage to clean, decap and solder in new tantalum capacitors (thank you trag) on my Classic II logic board.  It's not the prettiest but it worked!

The case is still pretty dirty and unfortunately it's a little dinged up but the next step is to clean it as best I can.  It has one of the round microphone holders glued to the side, I haven't quite decided if I should leave it alone or try to remove it.

The two bottom screws that hold the case together are missing so I'll need to figure out what size they are and get a couple more.

I works!  I'm so excited!

The bottom screws are common 8/32, found at ANY hardware store.  You’ll have to get them in a Phillips head, as the T-15 is uncommon.
