I wish there was a mirror of terminator.rs.itd.umich.edu. Besides Choosier and the source code, there were apparently a few Mac client applications related to netatalk that were developed that seem to be lost to time now.
Only thing I found was Version 1 on a Software of the Month Club August 1995 CD-ROM. The only other thing I can think to do would be to see if Mark C Smith is on LinkedIn. I just sent a note to a Mark Smith who went to U of M from 1990 to 1996 and did software development for Netscape and Aol to see if he is the same Mark C Smith. I'll see if any others are the right age and the right education for a match.

Hopefully he has some of the other tools released by UMich stored away somewhere. There was apparently a Chooser extension that integrated with netatalk's printer server to view and delete print jobs in the queue, and an INIT to query printers for specific features see: https://websites.umich.edu/~rsug/netatalk/archive/admins/1995/0007.html
