If you don't want to recap the little audio daughterboard with 8 caps on it, I would recommend just buying a new Sony audio board, it's a really common part used in TVs (Sony SBX1637). My attempt at recapping it failed--it's fairly difficult to work with due to the small size. Other TV repair people online said to just get a new board. I got an SBX1637A01 on eBay and it worked perfectly as a replacement.

After I removed the old audio board, I put in header sockets, so now if I ever have to replace the audio board again (it's bound to happen due to the tiny electrolytics!) I can just stick it in with no soldering necessary. The actual sockets I used were this part on Digi-Key. I broke it into smaller pieces to fit the holes on the board. That particular part has just the right spacing between the pins so that it fits the holes on the tuner board perfectly.
