Apple IIgs Fatal System Error 0911

Ok, so I have managed to find my way back into the apple collecting hobby accidentally. :p I have since aquired an Apple IIgs that when I turn it on, I get Fatal System Error 0911. I know that the error has to do with ADB. I am going to try the lightbulb over the ADB chipset trick. I also have checked all the PSU voltages and they are within half a volt. Have I missed anything? The machine in question appears to be a ROM 0 upgraded to ROM 1, and I have tried it without anything else connected, and the memory board removed. Anything else?

Here's what I found about Fatal System Error 0911 at csa2 faqs:

0911 and 09010001 (FATAL SYSTEM ERROR 0911); was error number 0400

on ROM-00 machines. Fatal System Error 0911 and Diagnostic Self-Test error

code 09010001 mean the same thing: You are experiencing an ADB "can't sync"

problem which, usually, seems to relate to a hardware malfunction.

Let me know if you need a mainboard, I have a ROM 1 I'd be willing to give you for the cost of gas/postage/packing
