800K drive stripped gears

I picked up a couple of 800K external drives and neither will eject a disk after being cleaned & lubed. In both cases the first little plastic gear in the eject mechanism is broken, probably from trying to work the old crusty disk holder. Anybody found a replacement, or are these drives toast?

Does anyone have measurements on these things, electronics shops sell a wide and crazy selection of gears, I would think theres something out there that can be used
