well there are now 11 folk. thats pretty cool i think.

the aim surely must be to get 15! - i know that a few of you have been talking about it. come on get your entries in before the end of the month.

in fact get them in now!!!!

oh - we now have the official Retrochallenge wallpaper finished. but of course i cant tell you anything about it, as you have not joined in yet.

those that have joined in will get the super secret download link at the end of this month.

now thats a reason i am sure you will agree!

Just out of curiosity, will it be available in different resolutions? I think that a variety for the different participants would be neat. Here's some basic resolutions that I can think of:

512x342

640x480

800x600

832x624

1024x768

1280x1024

1280x800

1440x900

I'll be doing something on my Apple IIc+.

And don't forget about those poor Mac users with portrait monitors. And Apple IIgs users. And ...

Well, at least you don't have to create one for 8-bit micros since those rarely have desktop environments. ;)

and we push ahead to the magic number of 15 participants.

will we make it before 1st july?

only time will tell but the anticipation is killing me.

BigD makes 13 - unlucky for him?

oddball Mac only resolutions.
Which are exact powers of 2 increases in the number of pixels from 640x480, IIRC.

Confirmation is left as an exercise for the reader.

Hey man! Holding up very well! She's been all over the country with me, and acts as my old school computer while I'm on the road. My job takes me away from home a lot, so it's nice to have the 'portable IIci' with me. :)
