Knock the 5300 all you want - but those Lithium batteries never made it to customers!

Keyboard: Not that bad if you get one that isn’t stiff
Screen: Completely fine if a c or ce model
Cache: you already had to pay a lot of cache for the computer, it didn’t need to come with more

How so.

I have owned one since the early 2000s and it is slower than my stock 6100/66.

Was just making a joke about how much money ("cache") they costed when new. My 7100/66 is faster.

7100 is a nice machine. I need to repair mine sometime soon. It had battery damage and needs recapping, but that's a lot of caps.

Had to recap mine before it would start. Actually wasn’t as bad as I was expecting.
