Good thing you got the RAM and SSD when they were somewhat affordable. It currently has the 12-core Xeon processor, 64GB memory and a 1TB SSD with an adapter.
It's about twice as much now as it was when I upgraded, but it's still somewhat reasonable compared to DDR4/DDR5 memory. At the time I think it was $8 for a stick of 16GB DDR3 ECC server memory.Good thing you got the RAM and SSD when they were somewhat affordable.
It'd cost you probably 3x more now.

I use my 2013 Mac Pro for development and playing older/lighter games.
Currently it dual boots MacOS Sequoia and Windows 11, but I need to reinstall Windows 11 on it. I’m not sure if it is drivers or something else but after loading the desktop Windows 11 locks up hard after a few minutes.

Mine isn't that finicky yet.Got the exact same 2013 its my daily Mac; OpenCore Sequoia 15.7.7 runs well enough but I recently tried Monterey and it was lightning fast, obviously OCLP brings some significant overhead (and GPU overhead) but at least it feels relatively up to date.
Windows 11 I go into every couple of months and it's good, maybe try the drivers posted on this YT video:
... it's getting picky though. I recently replaced the I/O "interconnect board" which was admittedly average looking with new, left it to sleep and came back wouldn't wake up even though fans at low RPM. Powered down, wouldn't turn on again for two days ... tried everything, now back to life and running perfectly well.
