Lol. I picked this up a couple of weeks ago and thought someone had just labeled it after they purchased it. Not sure who's idea at Apple this was, but yeah... Pretty bad!

Mine will say Macintosh LC II under there - that's what the model info panel on the bottom thinks it is.

That's how my old 475 was. Except that it came with the later lid and floppy. I wound up taking the lid and floppy from an LC I had at the same time, then combined the two, so mine said Macintosh LC Performa 475.
