Help with quokkadb Community edition

So, Using the schematics, I had a PCB built for a quokkadb (https://github.com/rabbitholecomputing/QuokkADB-community-edition-kicad) and it seems to be fine. I have soldered everything to it, but the one issue is that it doesn't work. The Pi won't do any sort of blinking with the Quokkadb firmware (https://github.com/rabbitholecomputing/QuokkADB-firmware?tab=readme-ov-file), but the Pi does work with some other stuff. The LED on the board does nothing, and it refuses to interact with the mac (1990 mac classic). The only thing I have gotten it to do is power my mouse when the USB is connected to the pi. Help. I have attached my UF2 file and an image of my board.

No offense intended, but what can be seen of the soldering there looks rough on the SMD components.

You will want to double check everything: verify values, orientations & polarities, and make sure there aren't unintentional bridges or missed connections. Additional flux and removal of any surplus solder is also a good idea.

None taken! This is probably my second time SMD soldering. Its not suprising its a bit messy. I will double check my work.
