White haze all over bottom of logic board?

I picked up an SE/30 and there was a little bit of this white haze on the bottom of the logic board. So I tried cleaning it with 91% IPA and the haze got much worse.

Curiously, if I use some distilled water it seems to fizz? but the distilled water and drying made the board look a lot better.

Once I was done I did the IPA and it hazed up again! Any ideas what is going on? I've cleaned two other SE/30 boards same revision without this problem.

It might be impurities in the IPA, try using a paper towel to soak up the IPA and see if the haze comes back after doing that
EDIT: someone figured it out, ignore me as I'm not experienced in this
DOUBLE EDIT: nvm

It's the PCB varnish that's been slightly discoloured from the IPA, nothing to worry about

I used distilled water and a brush, and then did what Nixontheknight mentioned - soaking it up with the paper towel I think was key versus letting whatever dissolved dry back onto the board. Thanks!

you're welcome. It's always recommended when cleaning flux and other such nonsense off boards, to wipe away the alcohol or other solvents so the impurities don't stay on the board

I was hitting it with an air compressor thinking I could "blow off" the water, but seems paper towels wicking it up are much better.
