AE Z80 Plus does not working 60k version CP/AM 5.1

Hello,

Recently I tried to use two of my applied engineering's Z80 plus CP/M cards but they did not work properly (Both of them worked well 10years ago). One of card (maybe early version - red LED) cannot be booted with CP/AM 5.1 60K version. I also checked with 63K version but could not boot. Besides, when I tried to use CP/AM 4.0 44K version It works well. The other one (green LED) did not work both versions.

I put it slot 7 of my enhanced IIe and the other configuration is below;

Aux slot - Ramworks II with 768KB
Slot 1 empty
Slot 2 SSC
Slot 3 empty
Slot 4 Mockingboard Clone
Slot 5 Apple superdrive card
Slot 6 Apple 5.25 Card
Slot 7 AE Z80 Plus

I think that one TTL of my card does not work properly and there is some issue to recognize Apple's 64KB memory. The other cards like ALS the CP/M card and PCPI Appli-card work well with their CP/M disks.

Please let me know what I have to do with this card.

I've checked with my Softcard clone but it does not work properly. Still strange.

Because of the way those cards work (the AE cards are SoftCard clones) it's unlikely to be the card's fault. Have you tried downloading a fresh copy of the 60 and 63K versions?

Thank you for your advice. I've tried clean 60K MS version via ADTpro and it worked well.
The problem was from disk itself, not the card. The other problem is that system hangs up frequently. Maybe it is well-known timing issue when using IIe rather than II+.
